Imagine a week devoted just to you and your physical and mental well-being!
It's not so difficult, and we all should do it.
So, Picture this!
It’s 7 p.m. on day three of your break in the Monte Santo Luxury five star resort, and you’re in the spa suite having a full body massage.
This morning you’d a proper, delicious breakfast of everything you need. You don't need to worry about your proteins and your carbs. There's no effort involved, it’s all done for you.
At 10 a.m. you’d a kick-ass workout for an hour outside under the Algarve sun with a great bunch of guys. You were wrecked after that first workout but now it’s done, and you’d feeling great because it was a full-on session and you fed off everyone else's motivation, and they off yours.
You headed back to your luxury suite, which has a fully equipped kitchen, Jacuzzi bath, and you chilled out for an hour before lunch at 12. At 12.45 you hit the poolside to catch some rays, and at 2 p.m. you were hitting session number two.
Today it was legs and you’ve covered flexibility, protecting your SI joints, techniques to avoid injury, increase strength, and between squat drop sets, various lunges, body weight exercises, and some sprints, you’ll still be enjoying that magic rush of endorphines.
Then it was a shake and some snack back in the suite before a couple of hours chilling wherever you liked. It could have been by the pool, in the pool, in the sauna or hot-tub.
At 5 p.m. you had yoga on the grass under the huge awning, before dinner around 6 p.m.
You’re not worried about your legs being tired tomorrow (Day 4), because you’ve metcon or Crossfit in the morning and then it’s off to the beach for a barbeque and either a surfing class or stand-up paddle boarding in the afternoon.
It’ll be late-ish tomorrow after the activities so you’ll eat out, and you’ll have a meditation session around 8 p.m. to round off the day. You’ll be well set for Day 5, which we promise you will be full-on and you’ll be feeling your gains already.
The clean eating, the top notch training, the yoga and massage, fresh air, sun, and the headspace will have you feeling amazing. Every part of you from your gut, mind and outwards will feel the benefits.

time to concentrate on ourselves without distraction. You’ve got it here.
If you’re like most people, you’ll be thinking that once you get through Day 6 that you’d like to take a couple of days off and then go at it again for another week!
