The beauty of using the oven is that once the food is in there, there's almost nothing to do!

Process: Preheat oven to 200ºC

2 tbsp white miso
1 tsp roasted sesame oil
1 tsp tamari / soy sauce

Eggs don't need to be stored in the fridge, last for ages and take minutes to convert into a zillion different dishes.

6-8 asparagus
50-75g goat feta cheese
1 small bundle fresh dill, finely chopped

Scrambled eggs are simple to make and provide an excellent foundation for a meal.
